Standard Australian delivery costs $8.95 and takes 3 to 5 business days.  Express Post costs $11.95 and takes 2 to 3 business days.  Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be dispatched.

We endeavor to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Purchases made Friday or during weekends or public holidays will be shipped the next business day.

Hello Pedlar will provide refunds according to Australian Consumer Laws. This means, we will provide a refund for a faulty item, an item that is wrongly described, or doesn't do what it's supposed to.

All items are inspected for quality upon arrival at our warehouse and upon sale.  However, if the the item is faulty, you may choose a full refund, repair, exchange or store credit.

To request a refund or exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your product with details of your purchase. We may ask you to supply images showing the fault.

Refunds are provided in the same manner the item was purchased.  For example, if you paid with Paypal, your refund will be via Paypal).

International Orders Refunds and Exchanges

All international sales are final.  We do not do offer refunds, exchanges or credit notes on international orders unless the item is faulty. Hello Pedlar will not be held liable for items that are lost, damaged or broken during transit.

Change of Mind

Generally, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. However, if you are unhappy with an item, you will be required to notify us within 7 days of receiving the item.  We may provide a credit note or exchange at our discretion.

To have the replacement item sent to you, we will provide you with a shipping quote and all shipping costs and liability of product return will be at your expense.   Hello Pedlar will not reimburse any shipping costs to you.  Hello Pedlar is not liable if the returned items/s is not received by us. If/when the item is received by us, it must be in its original condition and be suitable for resale, or no exchange or credit note will be granted to you.

Restocking Fee

We reserve the right to charge a 10%  restocking fee for any returns or cancellation of orders for change of mind. This includes items that incur additional bulky shipping costs or international postage surcharges. To avoid this fee, please email Hello Pedlar at prior to purchase and we will provide you with a shipping quote.

Clearance or Sale items

Clearance items are not eligible for a refund or exchange. All Clearance sales are final. If an item you've purchased has been marked down due to a fault, then this item cannot be returned or exchanged as faulty. 

Missing or Damaged Orders
Whilst every care is taken to package your order so it arrives to you safely.  Hello Pedlar  will not be held liable for items that you do not receive or that are received damaged or no longer in original condition. It is your responsibility to liaise with Australia Post or the relevant courier.

Our products are handmade by artisans and will have slight variations.  These variations make each piece unique and no two pieces are identical. 


All orders made via our online store is an offer by you to purchase the  item in accordance with our terms and conditions.

We reserve the right to accept or reject an order you make using our Website for any reason.  We reserve the right to cancel your order and provide a refund or store credit should our manufacturers advise us they are unable to supply a particular item. 


All prices on our Website are listed in Australian Dollars.  Hello Pedlar reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice at our discretion.

Prices do not include delivery – delivery charges will be applied at checkout.  By placing an order, you agree to pay the stated price (plus any applicable shipping and handling charges) for all orders. 

Product Care 

If you have damaged the Goods yourself, or you have failed to take proper care of the Goods we may not be able to provide you with a repair, refund or replacement.  We advise you to read our care instructions on our product pages prior to making a purchase.

Change or Cancellation of Orders

As we process your orders immediately for prompt delivery, we regret that cancellation or change to your order may not be possible unless we receive your request by email within 24 hours placing your original order. No cancellation or change of orders will be accepted once your order has been dispatched.

Out of Stock Items
We carefully monitor stock levels, however in the unforeseen event that you have purchased an item that is out of stock or unavailable, you may choose an alternative item or a full refund.
